Meet Alex Delport. This guy was so much fun to hang out with. He called me last week. He came upon my website using Stumble Upon and really liked me style. From checking out his profile on myspace I knew we would be a perfect match. When it came down to the photo shoot, he let me do whatever I needed to get primo shots. Here is a few samples.

So the day is Sept. 11th 2009. I am looking for about 3-4 more student who would like to expand their photography skills, and just like to have some fun taking photos. I am also looking for about 2 more girls who would like to trash the dress. Heres the deal 2-6 pm 9/11/2009 workshop with J.A.P. Students pay $99 and get to learn what it is you would like to learn from nationwide wedding photographer, Jeremiah Andrews. Models who would like to trash their dress the fee is $150. What you get is 5 of Jeremiah Andrews favorite photos edited on a disc with copyright release to print and do as you wish.

Hayden Lake Country Club Wedding Photography

At the beginning of every year I attend the Bridal show in Spokane, Washington. I get to meet with tons of brides-to-be. This January I met Kelsey, a very lively gal. As soon as I met her I knew that we would perfect together. She and Kyle got married at the Hayden Lake Country Club in Idaho. Here are a few of my favorite shots.

A couple of days ago I had the chance to photograph a friend of mine’s daughter. Her name is Marissa. I could tell from the minute she showed up to Manito Park, where she wanted her photos done, that she was chompin’ at the bit to take photos. Marissa seemed very excited and was willing to let me be the artist. So check ‘em out. Engagement Photos at Arbor Crest Winery, Spokane, Washington

Kateri and Mike hired me to photograph their wedding this upcoming December in Spokane, Wa. A couple of days ago we did an engagement session at Arbor Crest Winery in Spokane, Wa. They both are wine lovers, and the setting was perfect. These photos also inspired my wife and I to go to the tattoo shop today and look at getting some more ink. Kateri and Mike wear the ink very well. I am very excited about these photos. I hope you enjoy them as well.

So it is official. Learn to shoot with international wedding photographer Jeremiah Andrews. In his hometown of Coeur d’alene, Idaho. Jeremiah will be hosting a workshop from 1-5 pm. on Sept. 11, 2009. The cost is $99. You will get to watch Jeremiah in action with a trash the dress photo session. Plus you will get to photograph along side him and learn what he does, and why. If you are a amateur photographer or a pro who just wants to expand their learning, now is your chance. The class is limited to 12. So get an RSVP in quickly.

4th of July Wedding Photos

Every year I am commissioned to photograph a wedding on 4th of July. I always wonder why people choose this day, as it’s a holiday to get married. During the ceremony on this day it was made very clear. The Grandparents of the bride were having their 53rd wedding anniversary the very same day. They mentioned that it was the perfect day, because no matter what day of the week it fell on, they got to have the day off together. How sweet is that. So 4th of July couples, enjoy that day off together forever. What a great day to get married. It only makes sense.

This wedding was Austin and Noel. Noel if you are reading this, I apologize I do not know how to put the “2 little dots” above the “O” in your name. It was at Friends camp in Twin Lakes, Idaho. Here are a couple of my favorite photos.

High School Senior Pics

Wedding photography keeps me really busy this time of year. Doing photos for High School seniors adds to the work load. I love it. Living in Idaho there is most certainly a time to do work while you can. This most certainly is the time for getting work done.

Here is my most recent High School Senior Photo session. This is Dani, and she was tons of fun. Can’t wait to someday photograph her wedding.

Looking for a wedding venue in Priest Lake, Northern Idaho?

I just recently photographed a wedding at the Hills Resort in Priest Lake, Idaho. This place is now at the top of one of my favorite somewhat local wedding venues. If you haven’t checked it out and your looking for a wedding venue near Spokane or close too, then this is the place. The resort is beautiful, the scenery is amazing, the staff was great, the food was superb, and the photo opportunities were awesome as well.
